NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- L-3 Communications was downgraded to neutral from outperform at Credit Suisse late Tuesday because of the government contractor's exposure to the U.S. pullout from Iraq. According to Credit Suisse, the supplier of intelligence systems and services has about 9% of its portfolio tied up in Iraq. "[R]evenue growth seems stuck in the low/mid-single digits, major program catalysts do not seem to exist, and comps at the C3ISR growth engine are getting more difficult," the firm said.
