- NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Kellogg Co. is selling $500 million in 10-year debt on Monday, according to bond analysts at RBS Securities. The debt will finance a tender offer of notes coming due in 2011, the cereal and snack maker said in a regulatory filing.
