- NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Analysts at Citigroup Global Markets on Monday upgraded D.R. Horton Inc. to hold from sell, citing the stock's recent decline. On Friday, shares of the nation's second-largest homebuilder fell 15%, and the stock is down 23% since mid-August, compared to a 12% fall in its index. "At its current price, we think D.R.
