NEW YORK, Nov. 24, /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cohen & Steers Worldwide Realty Income Fund, Inc. RWF announced today that the special meeting of stockholders has been adjourned until 5:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, on Friday, November 27, 2009 to allow additional time to solicit votes in connection with the merger with Cohen & Steers Quality Income Realty Fund, Inc. RQI. Stockholders of RQI have approved the merger with RWF. The Fund's board of directors has recommended that stockholders vote "FOR" the merger. Voting now will help RWF conclude this process and reduce solicitation costs. A vote for the merger will:
