CBR, a global provider of information technology (IT) services, announced today that they have been awarded a five-year contract with Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, a leader in ocean transportation and outbound logistics. As part of the agreement, CIBER will provide global outsourcing services focused on the operation and maintenance of WWL's international data centers and distributed IT infrastructure. In order to enable WWL to meet their goals, CIBER's multi-country, 24X7 global solution includes three primary delivery locations including a central Service Desk in the U.S., a technical operations team in India, as well as an engineering team based in Europe. This contract will allow WWL to realize important cost reductions while ensuring 24X7 coverage.
