MURRIETA, Calif., Nov. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ActionView International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: AVEW) has launched the company's new corporate website at www.actionviewint.com, which will serve as the official communications portal for the public company and includes prominent links to the company's wholly-owned MatchFights subsidiary and its World Championship Full Contact (WCFC) brand.

MatchFights delivers the most exciting brand of full contact fighting under its World Championship Full Contact banner. MatchFights events are broadcast live in high definition to a worldwide audience over the Internet and revenue is derived from pay-per-view buys.

On the new site, ActionView International provides several channels for shareholders to follow upcoming announcements related to MatchFights, which are expected to include the location and venue of the next WCFC live event and the event fight card. Shareholders and anyone interested in monitoring the progress of the company are encouraged to subscribe to the electronic mailing list at the link provided on the home page. Home page links are also provided to the Twitter accounts of ActionView International Director and 3-time world boxing champion Tony "The Tiger" Lopez and the WCFC Commissioner, who is the final arbiter of all WCFC rules and regulations, arranges all WCFC bouts and oversees all live events.

Gary Nerison, Chairman of ActionView International, commented, "Since World Championship Full Contact events are designed for a worldwide audience, our website is a very important global communications hub that will reach our expanding customer base in markets around the world. It will also allow AVEW shareholders to more easily follow our news and upcoming events as they unfold."

Championship Full Contact departs from traditional MMA in several ways. The rules effectively eliminate the tap-out as a means to end a fight. This keeps Championship Full Contact bouts from devolving into protracted grappling matches and promotes fast and furious action.

Championship Full Contact also provides interactive features as part of its Internet broadcast, which allow fans to vote online for the matchups they want to see and then vote for the winners of fights that go the distance. An interactive online chat feature allows fans to discuss the action during the live event and users can also set up their own chat groups.

The premiere MatchFights event held on September 25, 2009 featured fourteen fighters from broad fight backgrounds, including MMA, Muay Thai, boxing and street fighting, matched up in seven full contact bouts and a ring girl contest.
