call centers in the world at ContactCenterWorld.com's 2009 Top Ranking
Performers awards.
With its 45% market share, Global Bilgi is Turkey's leading Customer

In June 2009 ContactCenterWorld.com ranked Global Bilgi as the best call
center in the EMEA region. Consequently, Global Bilgi represented EMEA at the
2009 Top Ranking Performers contest in Las Vegas between 4 and 6 November.
The Top Ranking Performers awards are very highly regarded in the call center
industry and over 1,000 call centers participate each year. Turkcell's Global
