Municipal Officials Gather in San Antonio for NLC's Congress of CitiesNovember 10, 2009 8:19 PM ETSAN ANTONIO, Nov. 10 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Thousands of municipal officials will gather this week in San Antonio for the National League of Cities' 2009 Congress of Cities & Exposition at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Throughout the conference, delegates will participate in discussions and educational sessions on public finance, infrastructure, sustainability, public safety and economic development.
