Iveda Solutions(R) Goes Public Through a Reverse Merger

Iveda Solutions announced today that through a merger, the Company has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Iveda Corporation (OTCBB: IVDA) fka Charmed Homes, Inc., a publicly traded company.

The reverse merger was completed on October 15, 2009. Iveda Solutions, a company based in Mesa, Arizona, specializes in IP video hosting and real-time remote surveillance services utilizing the power of cloud computing. Managed Video as a Service (MVaaS) defines the framework for Iveda Solutions' Hosted Video as a Service (HVaaS) and Real-Time Surveillance as a Service (SaaS). The company has been providing remote, real-time video surveillance to its customers in the public and private sectors since 2005.

Early this year, Iveda Solutions was approved as a Qualified Anti-Terrorism Technology provider under a formal SAFETY Act Designation by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The company is the first and currently the only company, offering real-time IP video hosting and remote surveillance services with a SAFETY Act Designation.

Iveda Solutions will continue to be the operating company. Iveda Corporation, the new parent company, will serve as a non-operating holding company.

The common stock of Iveda Corp. is trading on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board ("OTCBB"), under the trading symbol "IVDA."
