Generac Holdings Inc. Files Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering of Common StockOctober 20, 2009 6:41 PM ETGenerac Holdings Inc. announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Goldman, Sachs & Co. will be joint book running managers of the offering. A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective.
